Soledad currently serves as Vice President of the Edgewater Board of Education, where she serves on the Policy, Finance and Buildings & Grounds Committees. She is also a Republican County Committee Member, representing her community and supporting local engagement and responsible government.


As a business owner, Soledad manages all aspects of her operations, including staffing, budgeting, and client relations. Her professional background also includes senior leadership roles where she directed multi-site teams and implemented cost-saving strategies.


Born in Ecuador, Soledad is a proud American citizen who values freedom, hard work, opportunity, and giving back to the community. Her experience as an immigrant and business owner has shaped her commitment to public service and her understanding of the challenges facing working families.


A great-granddaughter of a Holocaust survivor, Soledad is a member of Temple Sinai in Tenafly, valuing community, service, and strong family principles. Additionally, as a person who is also of Asian/Chinese descent, Soledad values diversity, cultural understanding, and inclusive decision-making that reflects the strength of our community.

Soledad holds two bachelor’s degrees, in Business Administration and Economics, from Universidad de Especialidades Espíritu Santo, Guayaquil, Ecuador.
